TTT cannot get contant pack to work?

I have downloaded the content pack for Garry's Mod and yet I still see errors with some player models and other things in the shop when I press F4. I have installed it to steam > steamapps > (my name) > garrysmod > garrysmod
I have also placed it into the addons folder in garrysmod.
When I click on extensions on the main menu, it shows that I do have the content pack, but I'm still seeing errors on certain people who have for example the pedo bear skin.
I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong here and it's very annoying.
